Measure your chest

With good posture, wrap a measuring tape under your arms around your back and take the measurement at fullest part of your chest. Be sure to keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

Measure your waist

The natural waistline is halfway between the lowest rib you can feel and the top, outside edge of the hip bone. One trick might help you find this spot are to stand up straight and tilt over. Where your torso creases is where your waistline is.

    I’ve been loving these shorts! The fabric is crazy soft and the sizing was right on for me. They do stretch and snap right back. I do my lunges & squats without awkward tugging or riding up I sometimes get with others. they have an inside liner which I love but be aware if that’s not ur thing. Cute enough to wear while running errands too. I bought the black but will be ordering more
