PURCHASE PROCESS
Registered Customers enjoy exclusive offers and discounts, in addition to staying informed about our latest news and updates.
To become a Registered Customer, simply register here and enjoy a special 10% discount on your first purchase.
For Guests:
As a guest, you can freely access EveryRep and track your orders without the need to register.
Payment Methods:
We accept various payment methods including credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS), Paypal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Delivery:
We deliver directly to your address with fast, reliable service. For U.S. customers, typical delivery is 2–5 business days, with free shipping on orders over $75; orders below this amount incur a standard fee based on the number of items. For Canadian customers, we offer First-Class Package International Service (1–3 weeks, economy with limited tracking) or Priority Mail International (6–10 business days with tracking).

We are currently shipping orders to the USA and Canada. We will be expanding our shipping to Europe in the near future.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have a 15-day window starting from the day you receive your garment to initiate an exchange or return. There are two methods to request a refund:

If you are a registered user, follow these steps:
- Log in to your customer account and navigate to the specific order to select the items you want to return.
- Select the “Refund” or “Exchange” button and follow the prompts. You will receive an email containing a link from the designated shipping provider for package collection.
- For Canadian residents, print the customs information received via email and attach it outside the package along with the return label.
- Ensure the package is properly prepared and hand it over to the courier.

Returns
We gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and defective garments purchased at everyrep.com within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, underwear and other intimate items must be unopened to be eligible for return. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns must be processed through the approved method provided by EveryRep. Once your return is received and inspected, and if approved, your original payment method will be credited within 5 business days, minus return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible items returned in unworn, unwashed condition, with tags attached and original packaging intact, within 15 days of delivery. For health and safety, opened underwear or intimate items cannot be exchanged.
All exchanges must be initiated through the approved EveryRep return portal. Once the original item is received and approved, we will process your exchange promptly.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days.

COUPON & PROMO CODES
At EveryRep, we conduct promotional campaigns by sending out exclusive discount codes for our website.
As a welcome gesture, new registrants on our website who become Registered Customers receive a special discount code:
- 10% off on the next purchase: After registration, you will receive a unique discount code via email within a few days. You have 15 days to apply this code during the checkout process for a discount. Please note that this code cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

If you would like to receive order updates and tracking information through text messaging, you may add your phone number in your My Account – Contact/Address Info section or when you place an order. If you wish to stop receiving text messages, simply clear your number from the same form. We will never sell your phone number or bombard you with marketing ads.
